Furanon–laktamový spirocyklus je strukturním jádrem pro malou skupinu sekundárních metabolitů nazývaných pseurotiny, které se vyznačují různorodou biologickou aktivitou. Abstract:
Spirocyclic furanone–lactam core a common structural feature of small group of secondary metabolites called pseurotines, which are characterized by diverse biological activities. Described in this Bachelor thesis is a laboratory route to a model spirocyclic core of pseurotins.
