Diplomová práce pojednává o osobnosti vynikajícího českého právníka generála prof. JUDr. Bohuslava Ečera, který se velkou měrou zasloužil o potrestání válečných zločinců u Norimberského soudního tribunálu. Kapitoly jsou seřazeny chronologicky. This thesis deals with the personality of an excellent Czech lawyer Bohuslav Ečer, who largely contributed to the punishment of the war criminals at the International Military Tribunal in Nuremberg. The chapters are arranged chronologically. First, the thesis focuses on the childhood and youth of Bohuslav Ečer.
