The Heisenberg spin chain and Bethe ansatz
Abstract:
V této práci studujeme Heisenbergův spinový řetězec pomocí Betheho ansatzu. Betheho ansatz používáme k nalezení magnetizace a susceptibilitu jako funkce přiloženého magnetického pole. Výsledky porovnáváme se sloučeninami, které se chovají jako kvazijednorozměrné magnety.
Abstract:
In this thesis, we study the Heisenberg spin chain using the Bethe ansatz. We use the Bethe ansatz to find the magnetization and susceptibility as functions of an applied magnetic field. We compare the results with compounds which act as quasi-one-dimensional magnets.
