Bakalářská práce se skládá ze tří hlavních částí a to z části teoretické, praktické a analytické. Teoretická část práce se zabývá různými druhy průzkumů a diagnostikou staveb, dále možným výskytem vad a poruch u staveb a zohlednění vlivu stavebně-technického stavu budovy na její tržní hodnotu. The thesis consists of three main parts, namely the theoretical, practical and analytical.
