Abstract:

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá súčasným stavom využitia prostriedkov mestskej diplomacie Bratislavy s ohľadom na hosťovanie Európskeho orgánu práce (ELA) a agendou tohto európskeho orgánu, konkréte agendou vyslaných pracovníkov. Následne pomocou metódy snehovej gule identifikuje možnosti, ako môže Bratislava agendu ELA a vyslaných pracovníkov do svojej mestskej diplomacie zapojiť. Na základe kvalitatívnej analýzy, práca hodnotí, že mesto Bratislava agendu vyslaných pracovníkov do svojej mestskej diplomacie konkrétne nezahŕňa, napriek tomu, že v druhej časti analýzy boli identifikované viaceré možnosti, ako by agendu zahrnúť mohla.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the current state of use of the means of the city diplomacy of Bratislava with regard to the hosting of the European Labor Authority (ELA) and the agenda of this European body, specifically the agenda of posted workers. Subsequently, using the snowball method, it identifies the possibilities of how Bratislava can integrate the agenda of ELA and posted workers into its city diplomacy. Based on a qualitative analysis, the thesis evaluates that the city of Bratislava does not specifically include the agenda of posted workers in its city diplomacy, despite the fact that in the second part of the analysis, several options were identified to include the agenda.
