Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou čerpání Evropských strukturálních a investičních fondů (ESIF) 2007-2013 z pohledu Nejvyššího kontrolního úřadu (NKÚ). Jejím cílem je zmapovat proces čerpání ESIF 2007–2013 s relevancí ke změnám pravomocí uplatňovaných při kontrolách ze strany NKÚ pro čerpání těchto fondů. The bachelor thesis deals with the issues of the ESIF 2007-2013 allocation from the position of the Czech Republic Supreme Audit Office. The main goal is map the process of allocation of the ESIF 2007-2013 with relevance to Supreme Audit Office competencies changes during the audits.
