Bakalářská práce „Vliv státních dotací na realitní trh“ se dělí do tří částí. První (teoretická) část, jak plyne již z názvu, pojednává o státních dotacích, které mají vliv na realitní trh. Zabývá se programy a podporami nabízenými Státním fondem rozvoje bydlení, programem Zelená úsporám a pozitivními a negativními vlivy těchto dotací. The Bachelor thesis „Influence of Government subsidies on real estate market“ is divided into three parts. The first (theoretical) part, as follows from the title, deals with government subsidies, which affect the real estate market.
