Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku hydrofilních vitaminů, tedy vitaminů rozpustných ve vodě. Pojednává o jejich historii, struktuře, vlastnostech a biochemických funkcích, které jsou důležité pro pochopení problematiky vitaminů. It discusses their history, structure, properties, and biochemical functions that are important for understanding the issue of vitamins.
