Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o problematice oxidačního stresu. Zaměřuje se na význam aktivních forem kyslíku, na příčiny jejich vzniku a důsledky jejich působení v rostlinných buňkách. Pozornost je věnována ozonu jako jednomu z faktorů iniciující vznik AFK a jeho negativnímu vlivu na rostliny. Práce se také zabývá nejvýznamnějšími způsoby obrany proti oxidativnímu poškození. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with issue of oxidative stress. This thesis is focused on relevance of reactive oxygen forms, causes of its origin and its impact on plant cells. Attention is paid to ozone as the factor of ROS production and its influence in plant cells.
