Cieľom bakalárskej práce je prispieť k odpovedi na otázku, či sú ženy v podniku finančného sektora diskriminované alebo nie. Sleduje základné zásady rovnakého zaobchádzania z rôznych uhlov pohľadu, ako aj o možnosti domáhať sa ochrany pred diskrimináciou.
