Characteristics and avoidance of the most common mistakes in the shooting part of biatlon.
Abstract:
Předložená práce se zabývá tréninkem střelecké části biatlonu na základě analýzy jednotlivých kroků. Autor vyvozuje doporučení pro metodiku nácviku střelby pro polohu vleže a vstoje.
Abstract:
This final exam is regarding physical exercises of shooting part of biathlon with analysis of each steps. The Author is deducing a recommedation for methodology of shooting practise for prone and standing position.
