Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je kompostování čistírenských kalů. Tato problematika je s ohledem na specifické zadání rozdělena do několika na sebe navazujících částí, které popisují proces vzniku výsledného produktu.Úvod práce je věnován charakteristice základního legislativního rámce upravujícího odpadové hospodářství, čištění odpadních vod, kalové hospodářství, kompostování a podmínky použití kalu a kompostu pro přímou aplikaci na zemědělskou půdu. Následující část charakterizuje technologie čistíren odpadní vod, včetně popisu mechanického a biologického čištění. Rozdělení druhů kalu podle místa vzniku, stabilizaci a hygienizaci kalu nezbytnou pro konečnou fázi kalu. Hlavní náplní této práce je literární rešerše týkající se problematiky kompostování čistírenských kalů a vyhodnocení testu fytotoxicity na základě získaných poznatků. Tato problematika zahrnuje vlastnosti a vliv nebezpečných látek obsažených v kalech na člověka, vliv přídavku kalu do zakládky kompostu, na průběh kompostování a porovnání využitelnosti živin z kompostu a kalu.Závěrečným testem fytotoxicity na řeřiše seté byly hodnoceny výsledné indexy klíčivosti pro vybrané druhy kompostu s přídavkem a bez přídavku kalu. Výsledky testu potvrzují předpoklady popisované v literatuře, konkrétně minimální až zanedbatelné rozdíly klíčivosti u kompostu s přídavkem a bez přídavku kalu, které jsou ovlivněny fytotoxicitou kompostu.

Abstract:

The topic of bachelor thesis is the composting of sewage sludge. This issue is divided into several successive parts that describe the process of creating the resulting product, given the specific input.The introduction of the work is devoted to the characteristic of the basic legislative framework regulating waste management, sewage treatment, sludge management, composting and the conditions of use of sludge and composted for direct application to farmland. The following section characterizes wastewater treatment plants, including a description of mechanical and biological cleaning. Distribution of sludge species according to the place of incorporation, stabilisation and sanitation of sludge necessary for the final phase of sludge. The main focus of this work is the literary research on the issue of composting of sewage sludge and evaluation of the phytotoxicity test based on lessons learnt. This issue includes the properties and influence of dangerous substances contained in the sludge on humans, the effect of the addition of sludge into the composting plant, the flow of composted and the comparison of nutrient usability from composted and sludge.The final phytotoxicity test on the incised see was evaluated for the resulting germination indices for the selected composting species with and without the addition of sludge. The results of the test confirm the assumptions described in the literature, namely the minimum to negligible differences in germination of the compost with the addition and without the addition of sludge, which are influenced by the phytotoxicity of the compost.
