Knowledge management and its utilization in the EEPAYS ltd practice
Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na problematiku znalostního managementu. Teoretická část obsahuje základní pojmy a modely managementu. V praktické části práce je provedena analýza současné situace podniku EEPAYS s.r.o. a zhodnocení modelu znalostního managementu s doporučením implementace.
Abstract:
In my bachelor's thesis I focus on the questions of knowledge management. Theoretical part inclouds the basic terms and models of management. Practically part involves analysis of the present state in EEPAYS s.r.o. enterprise which evaluates knowledge management with implementation recommendations.
