Cílem této bakalářské práce je představit a analyzovat technologie nezbytné v gastronomii. Prozkoumat tržní nabídku firem podnikajících na trhu s technologiemi pro profesionály v oboru hotelnictví. The point of this bachelor work is introduce and analyse technologies, which are necessary in gastronomy. Look up on company market offer which are in business on market with technologies for professionals in hotel industry.
