Cílem této práce je prokázat, že manažeři oddělení lidských zdrojů a i samotná oddělení lidských zdrojů jsou nedílnou součástí všech podniků. V bakalářské práci je upřesněno postavení personálního manažera, jeho kompetence a úkoly. Teoretická část bakalářské práce definuje význam a koncept lidských zdrojů a jejich úkolů v celé organizaci.
