Participation in the Delikt

Abstract:

The first and second chapter of the bachelor's work is dealing with different forms of participation in criminal activity, compares different forms of it according to basic characteristics and definitions and history of criminal law. In terms of conditioned delinquent behavior of the offenders it characterizes different types of offenders according to how the crime was committed. The third chapter defines organized crime as a heterogeneous, unique and dynamic phenomenon that permeates all areas of society and is one of the most serious global problems of today and the biggest risk to the stability, security and healthy development of civil society. The fourth and fifth chapter describes the largest and most frequent activities of organized crime from the perspective of Slovak and also international law. It distinguishes different types of organized criminal groups in terms of their engagement and it defines organized crime. It deals with the most severe form of participation in crime - terror and describes the essential characteristics, types, principles and means of terrorism, counter-terrorism activities and the intense fight against terrorism.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá v prvej a druhej kapitole jednotlivými formám účasti na trestnej činnosti, porovnáva a odlišuje formy účastníctva z pohľadu základných charakteristických znakov a definícií a histórie Trestného práva. Z hľadiska podmienenosti delikventného správania sa páchateľov charakterizuje typy páchateľov podľa toho akým spôsobom trestnú činnosť páchajú. Tretia kapitola definuje organizovanú kriminalitu ako heterogénny, unikátny a dynamický fenomén, ktorý preniká do všetkých oblastí spoločnosti a je jedným z najzávažnejších globálnych problémov súčasnosti a najväčším rizikom ohrozujúcim stabilitu, bezpečnosť a zdravý vývoj občianskej spoločnosti. Štvrtá a piata kapitola charakterizuje najčastejšie a najrozsiahlejšie aktivity organizovanej kriminality aj z pohľadu Slovenského a Medzinárodného práva. Rozlišuje druhy organizovaných zločineckých skupín z hľadiska ich pôsobenia, definuje organizovaný zločin. Venuje sa najzávažnejšej forme účasti na trestnom čine – Terore, opisuje základné znaky, typy, princípy a prostriedky terorizmu, protiteroristické aktivity a intenzívny boj proti terorizmu.
