Community policing and (self)management of conflict situations solution in state police

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je Community policing a (self)management řešení konfliktů u státní policie. Jako cíl práce jsme si vytyčili zjistit okolnosti provázející vznik a průběh konfliktních situací příslušníků Policie České republiky zařazených v rámci Územního odboru Žďár nad Sázavou a také zjistit vztah policistů ke koncepci Community policing. V teoretické části shrnujeme současné poznatky, které se týkají tématu v podobě zasazení tématu do okresu Žďár nad Sázavou, nezbytných dat o Policii České republiky, koncepci Community policing a informací týkajících se konfliktních situací. V empirické části práce jsme si nejprve stanovili cíl a vytyčili úkoly, které následně plníme. Dále jsme si rozdělili dotazník dle potřeb naší práce a graficky za pomocí grafů a tabulek zde vyhodnocujeme získaná data. Vyhodnocená data i celou problematiku následně diskutujeme v kapitole Diskuse. Poslední kapitola je Závěr, ve kterém navrhujeme další využití této práce.

Abstract:

Thesis topic is Community Policing and (self) management of conflict resolution in the state police. The aim is to determine the circumstances surrounding the origin and course of the conflict situation of the Police of the Czech Republic included within the Territorial Department of Zdar nad Sazavou and also see the police relationship to the concept of Community Policing. In the theoretical section summarizes the current knowledge concerning the topic in the form of a set topic in the district Zdar nad Sazavou, necessary data on the Police of the Czech Republic, the concept of community policing and an information relating to conflict situations. In the empirical part we set a goal and tasks that we subsequently filled. Furthermore, we have divided the questionnaire according to the needs of our work and graphically using graphs and tables here evaluates the data. Analyzed the data and then discuss the whole issue in Chapter Discussion. The last chapter is the conclusion, in which we propose further use of this work.
