Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce "Realizování outsourcingových služeb personální agenturou" je analýza poskytovaných služeb vybranou personální agenturou a vyhodnocení dosavadní spolupráce s konkrétním klientem této personální agentury. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, celkem do šesti kapitol. První část popisuje teorii dané problematiky, tj. definice outsourcingu, jeho vývoj a důvody pro využívání, informace o outsourcingu lidských zdrojů, agenturách práce, agenturním zaměstnávání a popis služeb, které personální agentury poskytují. Druhá, praktická část diplomové práce, se věnuje charakteristice vybrané personální agentury, popisu a analýze poskytovaných služeb. Dále je provedena analýza a vyhodnocení dosavadní spolupráce s konkrétním klientem. Závěrem jsou předložena konkrétní doporučení a vypracován návrh na upevnění pozice a zvýšení obratu u uvedeného klienta.

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis "Realization of outsourcing services by personnel agency" is an analysis of services provided by chosen personnel agency and evaluation of the existing cooperation with the particular client of the personnel agency. This thesis is divided into two parts, together into six chapters. The first part describes the theory of the set problems which is definition of outsourcing, its development and reasons for use, information about human resources outsourcing, personnel agencies, temporary staffing and the description of the services provided by personnel agencies. The second practical part of this thesis deals with the characteristics of the chosen personnel agency and description and analysis of the provided services. Then, an analysis and evaluation of existing cooperation with a particular client is made. The conclusion of the thesis is presentation of specific recommendations and a proposal how to strengthen the position and increase the turnover of the said client.
