Analysis of production and economic situation of specific organic animal husbandry

Abstract:

Tato předkládaná práce pojednává o ekonomické a produkční situaci konkrétní ekologické farmy Ing. Jaromíra Janků Ph.D. za určité období. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, a to část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se jedná o seznámení s hlavními pojmy, trendy, a tedy celkové pochopení problematiky. Po seznámení se zemědělskou tématikou, a především s chovem masného skotu, je v práci podrobně popsána. Posledním tématem teoretické části, jsou ekonomické analýzy a následně uvedeny a vysvětleny další ekonomické pojmy. V praktické části bakalářské práce jsou sepsány informace, které byly získány při konzultacích a vypovídají o výsledku hospodaření. Výsledek hospodaření byl získán výpočty, které jsou okomentovány a následně jsou navržena možná opatření ke zlepšení činnosti farmy.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the economic and production situation of specific organic farm for certain period. The thesis is divided into two main parts, the theoretical and the practical. There is an introduction to the main concepts, trends, and thus an overall understanding of the issue in the theoretical part. After getting acquained with the ag-ricultural theme and especially with the breeding of the meat cattle, there is detaily described the farm. The last topic of the theoretical part is the economic analysis and then other economic terms are explained. There is written information that was obta-ined during the consultations and the results of the economy in the practical part. The economic result was obtained by calculations that are commented on and then are suggested possible measures to improve the farm's activity.
