Předložená diplomová práce se věnuje pojetím spravedlnosti Aristotela, Johna Rawlse a Ronalda Dworkina. První část práce se zabývá Aristotelovým pojetím spravedlnosti a její rozdělení. Abstract:
The submitted diploma thesis deals with the concepts of justice of Aristotle, John Rawls and Ronald Dworkin. The first part of the thesis deals with Aristotle's concept of justice and its division. The second part deals with traditional theories of social contract as formulated by John Rawls and Ronald Dworkin.
