Úprava postupu šetření mimořádných událostí v železniční dopravě

Adaptation of the procedure investigate incidents in rail transport
Abstract:
V práci bude provedena analýza směrnice Evropského parlamentu, zákonu, vyhlášky, předpisů řešících mimořádné události, ohlašovacího rozvrhu a průběhu modelových událostí v rámci jednotlivých kategorií. Na základě analýzy bude provedena úprava postupu šetření mimořádných událostí, která vyústí v doporučení pro zavedení upraveného postupu šetření mimořádných událostí.
Abstract:
Directive of the European Parliament, laws, decrees, regulations addressing emergencies, reporting schedule and process of model events within each category will be analyzed in the work. The adjustment of procedure to investigate incidents will be based on the analysis. There will be mentioned recommendations for the implementation of the modified procedure to investigate incidents.
