Abstract:
Schodky veřejných rozpočtů jsou velkým problémem současnosti. Vedle rozpočtu státního se s nimi setkáváme stále častěji i na municipální úrovni, na níž je zaměřena tato práce.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis will explore indebtedness in public budgets which is a current topic not only at the political scene (state budget), but it is also a topic at the municipal level. This work will focus on mutual interaction with business environment.
