Tato disertační práce je věnována studiu modifikace polovodičů a jejich oxidů v plazmatu generovaném za atmosférického tlaku. Jako zdroj plazmatu byl použit difúzní koplanární povrchový bariérový výboj (DCSBD) buzený za atmosférického tlaku v různých pracovních plynech. This thesis is dedicated to the study of modification of semiconductors and their oxides in plasma generated at atmospheric pressure.
