V této práci jsem se zabýval pozicí střihače celovečerního hraného filmu na Barrandově v letech 1945 až 1964, jako tvůrčí jednotky ve filmovém štábu. Kladl jsem si otázku, nakolik se reorganizace filmového průmyslu promítaly do jedné konkrétní pozice na nejnižším patře filmové výroby, tedy do pozice střihače ve filmovém štábu. In the thesis I examined the position of film editor of feature length movies in Czech cinema between the years 1945 and 1964, as a part of basic production unit. Leading question was how series of reorganizations in Czech film industry influenced the basic production units and specifically the work of film editor.
