Bakalářská práce se zabývá řízením kvality a jeho specifiky v podnicích cestovního ruchu s cílem přispět ke zvýšení kvality ubytovacích služeb v Zámeckém penzionu ve Valašském Meziříčí a služeb v Turistickém informačním centru. The bachelor's thesis deals with quality management and its specifics in tourism companies in order to contribute to increasing the quality of accommodation services in the Castle Pension in Valašské Meziříčí and services in the Tourist Information Center.
