Abstract:
Strategický management se stal jedním z nejdůležitějších nástrojů řízení vedoucí k úspěchu každé společnosti. Tato práce je zaměřena na oblast strategického managementu a změny. Cílem mé práce je identifikovat kritické faktory implementace změny v dané společnosti.
Abstract:
Strategic management is becoming one of the most important managing instruments leading to the company successful. This work is mainly aimed at strategic management and change process. The goal of this work is identify critical factors during change implementation process in the specified company.
