Study of bone diagenesis by LA-ICP-MS
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnuji studiu diageneze kostí na prvkové úrovni. V teoretické části se zabývám složením kosti, izotopy důležitými pro závěry v archeologii a metodami analýzy povrchů. V experimentální části ke zkoumání diageneze využívám analytické metody LA-ICP-MS, kdy ze získaných dat tvořím 2D mapy distribuce izotopů 44Ca, 31P, 66Zn, 86Sr a 135Ba.
Abstract:
This thesis is devoted to the study of bone diagenesis on elemental level. The teoretical part deals with the composition of bone isotopes which is important for findings in archeological field and methods utilized for surface analysis.
