Produkce hovězího masa v podmínkách ekologického zemědělství

Abstract:
Cílem práce bylo analyzovat masnou užitkovost býku v podmínkách ekologického zemědělství, kteří byli vykrmeni na soukromé farmě nacházející se v horských podmínkách Českého lesa u křížence plemen Charolais a Aberdeen Angus.
Abstract:
The aim of the work was to analyze the meat yield of the bull in the conditions of organic farming, which were fattened on a private farm located in the mountain conditions of the Bohemian Forest at the cross between Charolais and Aberdeen Angus.
