Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje studiu a analýze využívání daňových rájů podnikatelskými subjekty. V podmínkách globalizace světové ekonomiky a rostoucí konkurence čelí společnosti a podnikatelé potřebě optimalizovat daňové povinnosti a minimalizovat daňové náklady. V tomto ohledu se využívání daňových rájů stává důležitým strategickým nástrojem v moderní podnikatelské praxi. Práce obsahuje přehled charakteristik různých typů daňově zvýhodněných jurisdikcí a jejích využití v současnosti. Práce se rovněž věnuje mechanismům převodu zisků a aktiv mezi různými jurisdikcemi za účelem minimalizace daňových povinností a zohledňuje faktory, jako jsou politické, ekonomické a právní aspekty využívání daňových rájů. Studie vychází z analýzy literárních zdrojů, statistických údajů a případových studií. Na základě zjištěných poznatků budou poskytnuta doporučení a závěry týkající se využívání daňových rájů podnikateli a společnostmi s přihlédnutím k zjištěným skutečnostem. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, do jaké míry jsou daňové ráje využívány podnikatelskými subjekty v globálním ekonomickém systému.

Abstract:

This thesis is dedicated to the study and analysis of the use of tax havens by business entities. In the conditions of globalization of the world economy and increasing competition, companies and entrepreneurs face the need to optimize tax obligations and minimize tax costs. In this respect, the use of tax havens is becoming an important strategic tool in modern business practice. This paper provides an overview of the characteristics of different types of tax-advantaged jurisdictions and its use today. The paper also examines the mechanisms of transferring profits and assets between different jurisdictions to minimize tax liabilities, taking into account factors such as political, economic and legal aspects of the use of tax havens. The study is based on an analysis of literature sources, statistical data and case studies. Based on the findings, recommendations and conclusions regarding the use of tax havens by entrepreneurs and companies will be provided taking into account the findings. The aim of the thesis is to determine the extent to which tax havens are used by businesses in the global economic system.
