Diplomová práce se zabývá mentorem a jeho prací, konkrétně se jedná o případovou studii jedné základní školy, kde působí několik mentorů. Cílem práce bylo popsat, jak se z učitelů stávají mentoři, a jaká byla jejich motivace, aby se jimi stali. Jakou vidí budoucnost mentoringu a jaké jsou jeho překážky. The thesis deal with mentor and his job. It is a case study of one primary school, where four mentors work. The aim is to determine how teachers become mentors. What is their motivation to become mentors. What are their thought on future of mentoring and what are barriers of mentoring. The thesis is devided into a theoretical and empirical part.
