Anotace:

This thesis studies Chinese direct investments worldwide. This thesis will be divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part first studies the economic environment in major regions of the world. Secondly, the investment is classified from the two perspectives of greenfield investment and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Finally, I reviewed and summarized the trend of global overseas direct investment. The practical part focuses on the economic environment within the Chinese market. It also summarizes China's investment in the Belt and Road countries. Finally, I combined the above analysis to make suggestions for China's future global direct investment.
