Práce se zabývá historií populárního spotru - basketbalu. První část je věnována historii světového basketbalu. Další část se zabývá historií československého basketbalu. První část historie píseckého basketbalu je od třicátých let do roku 1996. Další sezony jsou již v jednotlivých kapitolách. Poslední část práce se věnuje historii píseckého basketbalu v tisku.Abstract:
This thesis has us learn about the history of one of the most popular sports today, which is basketball. The first part is devoted to the world of basketball.The following part is a brief overview of the history of Czechoslovak basketball.
