In this bachelor thesis we are dedicated to measurement of the concentration of hydroxyl radicals in two plasma jets operating at atmospheric pressure in inner gas with assistance of laser-induced fluorescence (LIF). V tejto bakalárskej práci sa zaoberáme meraním koncentrácie hydroxylových radikálov v dvoch plazmových tryskách pracujúcich za atmosférického tlaku v inertnom plyne pomocou laserom indukovanej fluorescencie (LIF). Ďalej sa zaoberáme meraním teploty neutrálneho plynu v plazme na plazmovej ceruzke troma rôznymi metódami a to pomocou LIF, Rayleigho rozptylu a optickej emisnej spektroskopie (OES).
