Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá optimalizací okružní jízdy pivovaru města Strakonice, kterou distribuuje zboží po blízkém okolí. Práce je rozdělena na dvě kapitoly, první z nich je teoreticko-metodologická část, popisující základní termíny, obory a popisuje všechny potřebné prvky pro pochopení tématu, kterého se práce týká. Poté následuje část aplikační, ve které jsou použity metody operačního výzkumu pro zjištění optimální distribuční trasy. Těmito metodami jsou Clarke-Wrightova metoda, Mayerova metoda, metoda nejbližšího souseda a modifikovaná Vogelova aproximační metoda. Všechny tyto metody objevily kratší trasu, která vedla k optimalizaci, ale modifikovaná Vogelova aproximační metoda zajistila trasu nejkratší, tudíž minimalizovala náklady na provoz distribuce. V závěru práce jsou navrhnuty úpravy pro stávající trasu a jsou zhodnoceny všechny výsledné trasy, vytvořené v aplikační části.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the optimization of the distribution route of the brewery of the town of Strakonice, which distributes goods in the vicinity. The work is divided into two chapters, the first of which is a theoretical and methodological part, describing the basic terms, fields and describes all the necessary elements for understanding the topic to which the work relates. This is followed by the application part, in which the methods of operational research are used to determine the optimal distribution route. These methods are the Clarke-Wright method, the Mayer method, the nearest neighbor method and the modified Vogel approximation method. All of these methods found a shorter route that led to optimization, but the modified Vogel approximation method ensured the shortest route, thus minimizing distribution costs. At the end of the work, modifications for the existing route are proposed and all the resulting routes created in the application part are evaluated.
