Searching for a Path to Body Awareness

Abstract:
Ve své diplomové práci popisuji vlastní cestu ke zvědomování těla. Zabývám se při práci s tělem otázkou propojování taneční techniky a improvizace. Představuji nový pohybový jazyk GAGA, se kterým jsem se setkala na své pracovní cestě v Izraeli, a který mě velmi oslovil a inspiroval k mé další práci, ve které se pokouším prostřednictvím vlastních lekcí předat své zkušenosti. Abstract:
In my thesis, I describe my path to body awareness, while exploring the issue of interconnection in the course of bodywork, as well as dance techniques and improvisation. I introduce gaga, a new language of movement I encountered during my work stay in Israel.
