Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce na téma „Stakeholderská analýza podniku“ je zhodnotit strategii podniku, provést stakeholderskou analýzu a zhodnotit její přínos pro stávající strategii. Na úvod práce představuje teoretické pozadí problematiky vztahující se ke strategickému managementu, strategické analýze, stakeholderskému konceptu a stakeholderské analýze zahrnující také metodiku. Nastíněné teoretické poznatky jsou následně aplikovány na zvolený podnik. Po zhodnocení stakeholderské analýzy a jejího souladu se strategií, jsou navržena doporučení pro budoucí strategii.

Abstract:

The purpose of this thesis, entitled „Stakeholder Analysis“, is to evaluate the current company strategy, provide a stakeholder analysis and assess its contribution to the current strategy. The chapters consist of the literature review containing the issues of strategic management, including its important concepts and relations, a strategic analysis, the stakeholder concept and stakeholder analysis together with its methodology. The outlined background is subsequently applied to the chosen company. After the assessment of the stakeholder analysis and its compliance with the company strategy recommendations for future strategy are made.
