Hypertextuality in music on the selected examples

Abstract:

Diploma thesis „Hypertextuality in music” deals with the question of the possibility of the application of the literary hypertext theory to the musical structures. It tries to prove or disprove existention or the hypothetical possibility of an existence of music like a hypertextual structure, it looks for the sources of this statements in past and the examples in the presence, parallels with the literary hypertext. If finds the examples if these types of structures in the environment of the Czech music scene, on the field of the contemporary music, electronic music and sound art.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Hypertextualita v hudbe“ se zaobírá otázkou možné aplikace teorie o litrerárním hypertextu na hudební struktury. Pokouší se potvrdit nebo vyvrátit existenci nebo hypotetickou možnost existence hudby jako hypertextové struktura, hledá východiska těchto tvrzení v minulosti a příklady v přítomnosti, paralely s hypertextem literárním. Nachází příklady těchto typů struktur i v prostředí české hudební scény, jak na poli soudobé hudby, tak hudby elektronické, nebo ve sféře sound artu.
