Bakalárska práca je zameraná na zásady pri konštrukčnej tvorbe budov s ohľadom na ich znižovanie energetickej náročnosti. Je rozdelená do piatich kapitol, kde prvá kapitola je úvodom do problematiky a popisuje pohodu prostredia, v ktorom človek prebýva.
