Abstract:
Cílem průzkumného šetření bylo zhodnotit kvalitu procesu propouštění rizikových geriatrických pacientů z nemocnic s akutními lůžky se zaměřením na využívání hodnotících metod a zajištění individuálních potřeb geriatrického pacienta.
Abstract:
The aim of the research was to assess the quality of the discharge process of geriatric patients from hospital emergency departments focusing on usage of evaluation methods and pursuit of education of a patient or a non-professional tender.
