Abstract:

Diplomová práce "Uplatňování zásad duševní hygieny u žen na rodičovské dovolené" je kvalitativní studií zaměřující se na analýzu duševně-hygienického života rodičů na rodičovské dovolené. Práce si klade za cíl zjistit, zda uplatňování zásad duševní hygieny ovlivňuje kvalitu adaptace na životní změny spojené s rodičovskou dovolenou. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a empirickou část. V teoretické části je uveden historický vývoj duševní hygieny, vysvětlení základních pojmů duševní hygieny, přehled jednotlivých oblastí duševní hygieny, v rámci nichž jsou uvedeny konkrétní zásady či doporučení, charakteristika pojmů souvisejících duševní hygienou, a také popis rodičovské dovolené z hlediska psychosociálních aspektů. V empirické části je uvedena metodologie výzkumného šetření, výzkumné šetření presentované analýzou rozhovorů s respondenty zahrnující konkrétní doporučení pro zkvalitnění duševní hygieny každého z nich.

Abstract:

The thesis "Applying the Principles of Mental Hygiene in Women on Paternal Leave" is a qualitative study focused on the analysis of the mental and hygienic life of parents on parental leave. The work aim to find out whether the application of the principles of mental hygiene affects the quality of adaptation to the life changes associated with parental leave. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part is presented the historical development of mental hygiene, explanation of basic concepts of mental hygiene, overview of individual areas of mental hygiene, in which are given specific principles or recommendations, characteristics of concepts related to mental hygiene, as well as description of parental leave in terms of psychosocial aspects. In the empirical part is presented methodology of research, research survey presented by analysis of interviews with respondents, including specific recommendations for improvement of mental hygiene of each of them.
