Tato diplomová práce pojednává o právních prostředcích ochrany lesa při obecném užívání lesů se zaměřením na prostředky obsažené zejména v zákoně č. 289/1995 Sb., o lesích a o změně a doplnění některých zákonů. Jejím primárním cílem je vytvořit seznam těchto prostředků a jejich bližší právní analýza. This diploma thesis deals with legal means of forest protection in the general use of the forests with focus on means incorporated particularly in the Act. No. 289/1995 Coll., on Forests and Amendments to some Acts. It´s primary objective is to create a list of these means and their further legal analysis.
