Mojí diplomovou prací na téma Poskytnutí informace podle zákona č. 106/1999 Sb., o svobodném přístupu k informacím bych chtěla charakterizovat důležitost a význam slova informace a právo a to jak z hlediska ústavního, tak také z hlediska zákonného zakotvení v právním řádu České Republiky. My diploma thesis is devoted to Information according to Act No. 106/1999 Coll., On Free Access to Information. I would like to characterize the importance and meaning of the word information and law both from the point of view of constitutional and lawful anchoring in the legal order of the Czech Republic .
