Tématem mojí diplomové práce je stavební řízení. Nejprve vymezuji právní úpravu, která je obsažena ve Správním řádu, Stavebním zákoně a dalších. Dále se zabývám strukturou orgánů činných na úseku stavebního řízení a samotným stavebním řízením, tedy klasickým ale i zkráceným stavebním řízením. The topic of my thesis is Building permission procedure. First of all I concentrate on legal regulation which is contained in Code of Administrative Procedure, Building Act and others.
