Analysis of the costs and benefits of the Psychocentrumś departments - the MFC of the Vysočina region
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na analýzu středisek Psychocentra na základě metod - benchmarking, nákladově užitkových metod a dle klíčových účetních ukazatelů metodiky MF.Výsledky těchto ukazatelů jsou podkladem pro identifikaci zásadních rozdílů mezi středisky organizace.Popsané návrhy na jejich řešení prokazatelně vedou k celkovému zlepšení výkonnosti organizace a kvality poskytovaných služeb.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the Psychocentrum's departments using methods of benchmarking, cost-benefit analysis and in accordance with the key performance indicators of the Ministry of Finance's accountancy methods.
