Partner acquisition for collaboration in company executing cultural events

Abstract:

Diplomová práce řeší problematiku získávání partnerů pro firmu High Lite Touring s.r.o. specializující se na poskytování technického zázemí pro festivaly a koncerty. Cílem předkládané diplomové práce je na základě zpracování teoretických východisek problematiky získávání partnerů pro spolupráci v kulturním průmyslu, zrealizovat analýzu získávání partnerů ve vybrané společnosti realizující kulturní akce a navrhnout opatření na její zefektivnění v předmětné oblasti do budoucnosti. Analytická část diplomové práce je založena na kvantitativním výzkumu, konkrétně za použití dotazníkového výzkumu, který byl zaslán společnostem a partnerům působícím v tomto odvětví.

Abstract:

The master's thesis addresses the issue of acquiring partners for the company High Lite Touring s.r.o., which specializes in providing technical support for festivals and concerts. The goal of this thesis is to analyze how partners are acquired in the cultural industry by using theoretical concepts, and then apply this analysis to a specific company that organizes cultural events. The aim is to suggest improvements to make partnership acquisition more effective in this field. The analytical part of the thesis involves quantitative research, specifically using a questionnaire survey sent to companies and partners operating in this industry.
