Popis zajišťovaných činností a struktura organizace. Cíle a důvody vedoucí k zahájení transformace. Ekonomicky právní analýza postavení a vztahů obou předmětných organizací. Nároky na personální zajištění. Vybrané kroky, které jsou nezbytné pro zahájení, průběh a úspěšné dokončení transformace.

The thesis deals with an economic-legal and personnel analysis of transformed organisations. It also contains a description of the organisational structure and provided activities and reasons and goals of the transformation.
