The main topic of this bachelor's degree thesis is a right of lien and its enforcement focused on civil law regulations. Hlavnou témou bakalárskej práce je záložné právo a jeho výkon so zameraním na oblasť občianskeho práva. Práca je rozdelená na štyri kapitoly, obsahuje 3 obrázky, 2 tabuľky a 10 príloh. Vymedzuje miesto záložného práva v systéme vecných práv a charakterizuje podstatné znaky vecných práv k cudzím veciam.
