Abstract:
Bakalářská práce obsahuje dvě části: praktickou a teoretickou. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřil na hlavní téma, a to trestný čin, pachatele a oběť trestného činu. Praktická část je věnována cíli bakalářské práce, tedy poukázat na případy, kdy se sama oběť trestného činu může stát pachatelem. Obě části na sebe navazují a jsou dostatečně rozebrány. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis contains two parts: practical and theoretical. In the theoretical part, I have focused on the main topic, namely the criminal offense, offender and victim of the crime. The practical part is devoted to the goal of the bachelor thesis, therefore to point out cases where the victim of the crime can become an offender.
