Abstract:
Teoretická část bakalářské práce „Leasing v pořizování investičního majetku“ se zabývá stručným popisem investic a možnostmi jejich financování. Hlavní část je věnována charakteristice úvěru a leasingu a možnostmi jejich porovnání. V rámci praktické části je pak na příkladě konkrétního podniku provedeno srovnání financování vybraného strojního zařízení formou finančního leasingu a úvěru.

Theoretic part of bachelor´s work „Leasing in purchasing investment property“ deal with brief description of investments and their financing possibilities. The main part is concerned with loan and leasing characteristics and possibilities of their confrontation.
