This thesis deals with the process of implementation of a new ERP system in a selected company with a focus on streamlining financial processes. The main objective is to propose the implementation plan of the system in the company and to recommend a method of evaluating the performance of financial processes and, finally, to determine the economic efficiency of the investment project.
